PriestleySoundy are honoured and delighted to have been appointed to the Advisory Board of 10BE5. 10BE5 is the brainchild of lawyers John Kwan and Mohamed Taha. It is a London-based legal tech company that seeks to automate capital markets-related workstreams and to cut the time and cost lawyers and in-house teams spend to achieve the required disclosure standards (10 becoming 5 or less). 10BE5 launched its first product, N2N (Numbers to Narrative), on 7th September 2020, attracting front-page coverage in The Lawyer.
Mark and Sarah have been working with John and Mohamed from the start, leveraging their experience and contacts and helping to fine-tune their product.
