PriestleySoundy advises Louise O’Shea, CEO designate of CFC Underwriting

PriestleySoundy have been advising Louise O’Shea, CEO of CFC Underwriting, in connection with her employment and incentive arrangements.  The appointment is subject to FCA approval.

Louise is a NeD on the Board of CFC, Chair of FinTech Wales and an Advisor to YuLife.

In October 2021, it was announced that EQT Private Equity and Vitruvian Partners had agreed to make a significant minority investment in CFC.  The transaction reportedly valued the business at more than £2.5bn.  The deal also saw Vitruvian reinvest in the business after it first bought a 40% stake in CFC in 2017, valuing the business at that time at £230m.
