PriestleySoundy presents to MSc in Law and Finance Class of 2024 at the University of Oxford

On 19 April 2024, PriestleySoundy presented to the MSc in Law and Finance Class of 2024 at the University of Oxford, in the Cube.

The MSc in Law and Finance is a full-time, ten-month programme offering students with a prior background in law, and from all around the world, the chance to develop an advanced interdisciplinary understanding of relevant economic and financial contexts.  It is taught jointly by the Law Faculty and the Said Business School and is led by academic thinking and informed by practice.  MLF graduates go on to successful, high impact careers in law, finance, policy and academia.

Lasting the whole afternoon, the session involved a detailed analysis and presentation of an anonymised case study by a student team, followed by thorough questioning from the rest of the class and concluded by a final reveal from PriestleySoundy.

This is the ninth time that Sarah and Mark have been asked to make an annual presentation.  The programme is run by Thom Wetzer, Associate Professor of Law and Finance and the Founding Director of the Oxford Sustainable Law Programme Fellow of Linacre College (and who is, himself, an MLF graduate), and Anna Christie, Departmental Lecturer in Law and Finance.
