Andrew has over 25 years’ experience in Board-level positions, building and leading high-performing teams to deliver extraordinary business performance. Currently, Andrew is a Senior Advisor to Blackstone Credit and Chairs Winoa Group, Ainscough Crane Hire and ETL Systems. He is also a Senior advisor to Arthur D Little and a Non-executive Director of Datasite.
Themis Risk is a security technology group combining PID Systems, a market-leading remote mobile CCTV product and SmartWater, a proprietary forensic marking technology.
In March 2021, Freshstream announced its investment in Themis Risk. The deal value was not disclosed. Freshstream invests in growing businesses based in Western Europe, with a particular focus on the UK and Benelux markets, typically targeting investments between €30-100m.
