PriestleySoundy advised Alastair Marsh in connection with his continuing appointment as independent non-executive Chair of Xeinadin Group and his incentive arrangements.
Alastair is a chartered accountant and former CEO and CFO. Having worked across a wide range of sectors in listed multinationals (such as Laporte and NCR Corporation), start-ups and privately held organisations (Lloyd’s Register), he is now building a portfolio of non-executive and advisory roles.
Xeinadin Group is one of the leading professional services groups in the UK and Ireland. The group has business advisory and accountancy practices in over 100 locations, providing over 40 service lines to more than 50,000 clients.
On 10th February 2022, Exponent announced that it had agreed to enter into a strategic partnership with Xeinadin Group. Exponent’s investment will be used to support the group’s ambitions to grow significantly, both organically and through acquisitions, and allow it to make further investments in innovative data-driven technologies.
