PriestleySoundy advised Abel Clark on his appointment as the new Chief Executive Officer of Corsearch and certain ancillary arrangements.

He has a stellar track record of galvanizing strong and engaged teams to deliver increased value for customers, and to grow and scale businesses globally.
In April 2021, it was announced that Astorg had acquired Corsearch from Audax Private Equity. Cobepa, a Brussels-based independent investment company, invested alongside Astorg. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
