PriestleySoundy advises Itzhak Wiesenfeld on his appointment as independent chair of ACRE

PriestleySoundy advised Itzhak (Tzachi) Wiesenfeld in connection with his appointment as the independent Chair of ACRE, having previously advised Tzachi in connection with his appointment as independent Chair of iLOQ (December 2019).

Tzachi has over 30 years’ experience in senior management positions.  For 12 years he was the EMEA CEO at ASSA ABLOY, the global leader in door opening solutions.  Previously, Tzachi was CEO of ASSA ABLOY in the UK and CEO of Mul-T-Lock.  As well as Chairing iLOQ, Tzachi is a board member at FlaktGroup and a Senior Industry Expert involved predominantly in M&A deals for private equity firms.

ACRE is a leading end-to-end security solutions provide based in Dallas, USA and Dublin, Ireland.  The software and solutions provided by ACRE help secure the highest valued assets of large and small customers operating in the private and public sectors.  ACRE employs approximately 325 employees in more than 25 countries.

In March 2021, Triton announced its investment in ACRE, alongside the management team.  The deal value was not disclosed.

Since its establishment in 1997, Triton has sponsored nine funds, focussing on businesses in the industrial, business services, consumer and health sectors.  The 47 companies currently in Triton’s portfolio have combined sale of around €18.4bn and around 101,400 employees.
